For close to 20 years I have lived my life as a citizen of the world, moving between homes in three countries (US, UK and France) several times a year. I work with people on every continent in many walks of life. My biggest takeaway: human beings long to have an impact on their world, and each has a role to play. This podcast is dedicated to people all around the world who listen, act and never give up. Thanks for tuning in.

Meet Dr. Cindy Egolf
Dr. Cindy Egolf is a passionate musician who has conducted professional orchestras and choirs in the United States, China, The Netherlands, Germany, Poland, The Czech Republic, Hungary and Bulgaria. Her repertoire includes opera, orchestral music and jazz. As a trumpet player she has performed in the former USSR, India, Kuwait, Japan, Poland and the United States.
Maestra Egolf has earned a Doctorate of Music in Orchestral Conducting from University of Michigan, USA, where she received from Helen Wu Conducting Fellowship, Center for the Education of Women Scholars, and the Helen M. Thompson National Award for the Outstanding Student School of Music, University of Michigan. She further studied at the Tanglewood Institute in the United States, the Sweelinck Conservatory in The Netherlands and Academia Chigiana in Siena, Italy.
Her conducting teachers include Leonard Bernstein, Roger Norrington and Seiji Ozawa.
Recent speaking engagements include Are You Listening: Words, Music and Other Noise, Professional Women’s Network, Monte Carlo, How to Conduct an Orchestra American Club of the Riviera, Nice, France, The Power of the Voice in collaboration with The Speaking Academy, Nice, France and Manage Like a Maestro for the Project Management International association in Monaco.
